These terms govern your use of purgingelbowbone.world and any purchase of Volana Labs from Greenleaf Vitality Ltd ("we", "us", "our"), Company No. 14728391, registered at 74 Clerkenwell Road, London, EC1M 5QA, United Kingdom.

1. Acceptable use of this site

You may use this site for lawful purposes only. You must not use it in a way that infringes any third party's rights or is unlawful, harmful or deceptive. We reserve the right to restrict access to the site at our discretion.

2. Ordering and sale conditions

How to order: Submit the order form with your full name and telephone number. This constitutes an expression of interest, not a binding contract.

Order confirmation: A member of our team will contact you by telephone to confirm the order, verify your delivery address, and answer any questions. The binding contract of sale is formed at this point.

Price and currency: Prices are displayed in Pounds Sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. The price at the time of your confirmed order is the price you pay.

Payment: Payment is made exclusively on delivery, in cash or by debit/credit card to the courier. No payment is taken online at any point. We accept Visa and Mastercard via our courier's card reader.

Cancellation before dispatch: You may cancel your order free of charge at any time before it is dispatched by informing our team during the confirmation call or by contacting us directly.

3. Disclaimer - food supplement

Volana Labs is a food supplement, not a medicine. The information on this site does not constitute medical advice and should not be relied upon as such. Food supplements do not replace a varied, balanced diet or a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Consult your GP before use if you are pregnant, breastfeeding or taking prescription medication.

4. Intellectual property

All content on this site - including text, images, graphics and the overall design - is the property of Greenleaf Vitality Ltd or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property law. You may not reproduce or redistribute any content without our prior written consent.

5. Returns and right of withdrawal

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have 14 calendar days from the date of receipt to return an unopened product. Full details are set out in our Returns Policy.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by UK law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential or special losses arising from your use of this site or our products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the purchase price paid for the relevant order.

7. Dispute resolution

We aim to resolve all disputes informally. If you have a complaint, please contact us at info@purgingelbowbone.world. If we cannot reach a resolution, you may have recourse to the UK courts or the Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
