How pay-on-delivery works
After placing your order, one of our team calls to confirm the details and your delivery address. Your parcel is then packaged and handed to our courier partner.
When the courier arrives, you can pay in cash or by debit or credit card. There is no online payment, no card details to enter and no upfront commitment of any kind.
If you decide not to accept the parcel, simply let the courier know. The order will be cancelled and you will not be charged anything.
Returns & cancellations
You can cancel your order free of charge at any point before dispatch. Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have 14 calendar days from receipt to return an unopened pack. Please see the Returns Policy for full details including the return process and refund timeline.
