What Volana Labs is - and what it isn't

Volana Labs is a food supplement. It is a capsule containing six nutrients at EU-safe daily doses: Vitamin C, Magnesium, Vitamin B6, Vitamin B12, Zinc and Selenium.

It is not a medicine. It does not treat, prevent or cure any condition. It is not a replacement for a balanced diet or a healthy lifestyle. The nutrient claims on this site are authorised under Regulation (EC) No 1924/2006 and relate to specific nutrients, not to the product as a whole.

We think customers deserve to know exactly what they are buying. That is why every page on this site carries a clear disclosure and a footer reminder about what food supplements are and are not.

How we work

We call before we dispatch

Every order is confirmed by phone before it leaves our warehouse. This means you are never charged for something you did not intend to order.

No upfront payment, ever

We operate on a cash-on-delivery model. You pay the courier when the parcel is in your hands. There is no checkout page, no saved card details, no risk.

14-day returns as standard

Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have 14 calendar days from receipt to return an unopened pack at no cost to you beyond the return postage.
