Returns & Refund Policy

Greenleaf Vitality Ltd ("we", "us"), Company No. 14728391, is committed to a fair and transparent returns process. This policy sets out your rights under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

1. Your right to cancel (14-day withdrawal)

You have the right to cancel your order and return your purchase within 14 calendar days of the date you receive your parcel, without giving any reason. This right applies under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.

2. Condition of returned goods

To be eligible for a return, the product must be unopened and in its original, sealed condition. Under UK law, food supplements with a broken or opened seal may be excluded from the right of return on hygiene grounds. We ask that you do not open the product if you intend to return it.

3. How to request a return

  1. Contact us within 14 calendar days of receiving your order at info@purgingelbowbone.world or by calling +44 20 3892 4417.
  2. We will send you a return confirmation and posting instructions.
  3. Post the sealed product to: Greenleaf Vitality Ltd, 74 Clerkenwell Road, London, EC1M 5QA.
  4. We recommend using a tracked postal service and retaining your proof of postage.

4. Return postage

The cost of return postage is your responsibility unless the product was incorrect or arrived damaged. In that case, we will cover the cost of return shipping.

5. Refunds

We will process your refund within 14 calendar days of receiving the returned product and confirming it meets the return conditions. As payment is taken on delivery (cash or card to courier), your refund will be issued via bank transfer to an account you provide when requesting the return. We do not charge a restocking fee.

6. Cancellation before dispatch

You may cancel your order free of charge at any time before it is dispatched - simply inform our team during the confirmation call or contact us by phone or email. If the parcel has already been dispatched, you may refuse delivery and the order will be cancelled at no cost to you.

7. Refusing delivery (COD orders)

Because payment is made on delivery, you are entitled to refuse the parcel from the courier. If you choose not to accept the parcel, you will not be charged and the order will be cancelled automatically.

8. Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a brief description and, if possible, a photo. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
